The Invitation is to ask some questions before condemning, and I’m happy to elaborate on anything specific from the piece and unpack it more.

I know there are many controversial subjects contained within this piece of art that may be confronting, triggering, challenging or moving depending on where you are oriented in your world view. All perspectives are always welcome. I honor the truth of your lived experiences and do not have all the answers. This piece came through me and holds within it my stand for humanity and the soul of our world.

This piece speaks into the very heart of separation on our planet, and intends to address the energy of oppression, manipulation and the levels of evil perpetrated on the heart of humanity.

I wrote this piece after the murder of George Floyd in the U.S and the proceeding days of chaos & conflict that ensued, as I watch my home country begin to polarize to new levels. I reflected deeply on my privilege, on a life dedicated to healing trauma, to serving all of life, and on my unique connections with indigenous peoples around the world and friends of color that I call family.

In my humble experience and discoveries of life, I’ve witnessed a war waged on the human spirit, on nature, on tribal peoples, on the divine feminine and on consciousness itself. A war waged on the very essence of what makes us human, our indigeneity, or ancestral lineages, our connection and unique relationship to the Earth. IMO all issues addressed in this piece can be traced back to the wound of colonization, rippling into racial divides and all of these are bi-products of this ancient war waged on the soul of humanity.

Pitted against one another and severed from our shared origins as a human family.
